Art on the Wharf is carrying on the tradition of professional and aspiring local artists of all ages in a multitude of mediums.

Art on the Wharf promotes and showcases the artistic community of the Monterey Peninsula by giving them an outlet to showcase their talent while at the same time inspiring the next generations of artists.

Activities will include:

• music - special concert: Barbara Joy & La Mesa School Children's Chorus
• performing arts
• scavenger hunt
• pottery wheel
• painting
• squid & fish painting
• photography
• caricature
• calk art on the finger pier
• Squid cleaning and oyster shucking
• beach debris clean- up, creating Marine Art

Come out and enjoy the local artistic talent and rich history of the Old Fisherman's Wharf at Art on the Wharf. This event is perfect for all ages and any occasion. Kids can enjoy the painting lessons and scavenger hunt. While Art on the Wharf is a perfect date night, an evening strolling the historic Fisherman's Wharf while enjoying the concerts, performing arts and the caricature artists.
